CLS (Canadian Lumber Standard) Timber is an improved alternative to standard C16 graded timber. It is smoother and machine finished instead, making it suitable for various applications within many industries. This timber also has a smaller cross-section, compared to traditional sawn timber, to finish off all sides.
This wood is durable, robust and generally used for timber home construction, internal, stud and partition walling within renovations. It is sustainably sourced from Scandinavia and other European softwoods with minimal harm to the environment and a high-quality product.
Our CLS Timber is made from premium wood fibre and planned all round with rounded corners to ensure a strong profile. In addition, the spruce material is kiln dried and finished to fine dimensions that makes it less likely to twist and bend, which is effective for internal joinery and framing applications.
Various sizes are available and can be left untreated or be treated to make it more resistant to outdoor weather conditions, whatever your requirements.
