Delivery information after purchase Delivery window Deliveries are typically made between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) within mainland UK. We are currently unable to offer timed delivery options. Signature requirement In most circumstance, we expect deliveries to require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is present to receive the delivery. Handling and scheduling Deliveries are kerbside only. The delivery driver is not insured to carry materials inside your property and we suggest having your own offloading equipment for large or heavy items, which can be discussed prior to the delivery date. We also recommend scheduling tradesmen after confirmation of successful delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to late deliveries impacting those tradesmen. Vehicle size and access Deliveries are made using our preferred transport that varies in size depending on the products to deliver, normally on standard, rigid, curtain-sided vehicles ranging from 26 to 32 tonnes (similar in size to a double-decker bus). Therefore we suggest to consider access limitations. In case of access restrictions or the absence of a recipient during the initial delivery attempt, our distribution points will incur re-delivery and restocking charges, which are determined on an individual basis from us to the customer. Need to knows for our delivery service Unfortunately, we will not accept orders with discrepancies between the payment card billing and shipping addresses, which may be subject to cancellation or an insecurely detected transaction. Therefore, please enter your registered payment card address properly during checkout.
